体調不良をきっかけに菜食に出会う。
沖縄に移住し、沖縄の自然から生み出される野菜や果物に影響され、
菜食の興味がさらに深まっていく。
現在は創作菜食料理に加え、ワークショップや、イベント出店、
料理教室など食にまつわる活動をしている。

I encountered a vegetarian food as I was facing a health issue. After I moved to Okinawa, I was inspired by the fruits and vegetables grown in the great nature of Okinawa. Then I started to deepen my interest in vegetarian food. In addition to creating original vegetarian dishes, I engage in food-related work such as offering workshops, participating in food events, teaching cooking classes, and so forth.
